Why choose me to be your tutor?

I’ve been a qualified teacher since 2011 and have taught across both the Primary and Secondary phases. For three years I tutored at a local Secondary school and have been tutoring since 2021, including 2 years tutoring with a London-based school for Autistic students.

My BA Degree and Masters are in English Literature. I love the subject, but I'm fully aware that not everyone shares this passion! Every student I see can share in as much or as little of my enthusiasm as they want, my only expectation is that they give their best effort.

 

I have experience of working with children from a variety of backgrounds. I believe tutoring should be fun, engaging and meaningful. It should focus on the student's needs and tackle any obstacles that may be holding them back.
